Meet Our Team
Our founding attorney, Ophelia Chan, began her legal career as the staff attorney for the Cobb County Probate Court, where she gained intricate knowledge of probate law and probate court procedures. She has nearly 25 years of experience in probate matters, which has been invaluable to our clients.
Attorney Chan is a leader in the field and has represented many clients in complex litigation involving wills, trusts, and decedents’ estates, as well as guardianships and conservatorships.
Our firm has also counseled many personal representatives and conservators with regard to properly managing estates. We have represented clients in probate and superior courts in metro Atlanta, as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia.
